An event needs two things from transport: a vehicle that looks right in the photographs, and enough seats to move everyone else. We cover both from the same fleet, on the same booking.
Timings are planned with you beforehand, because an event is the one job where arriving late cannot be fixed afterwards.

Included in the rate
- A vehicle serviced and cleaned before handover
- Air conditioning and a full pre-trip check
- A direct line to us for the whole rental
- Roadside assistance if the vehicle lets you down
Not included
- Fuel, on a without-fuel rental
- Tolls, motorway charges and parking
- The driver's meals and accommodation on overnight trips
- Damage beyond fair wear, charged against the security deposit
