Routes, pick-up points and timings are agreed once and held to. Changes go through a named contact, not a call centre, and the whole month arrives as a single itemised invoice.

- Fuel, on a without-fuel rental
- Tolls, motorway charges and parking
- The driver's meals and accommodation on overnight trips
- Damage beyond fair wear, charged against the security deposit
