What documents do I need to rent a car?
A valid CNIC and a driving licence for self-drive rentals. Corporate accounts are opened against company registration documents. Exact requirements are confirmed at booking.
What is the difference between the with-fuel and without-fuel rate?
The with-fuel rate includes the fuel for your trip, calculated from the distance, the vehicle's consumption and the day's fuel price. The without-fuel rate covers the vehicle alone and you fill it yourself.
Why does the fare estimate change from day to day?
Fuel prices in Pakistan are revised regularly. Every with-fuel quote is calculated against the current rate, which is published on our fuel prices page along with the date it took effect.
Can I rent without a driver?
Yes. Self-drive is available on most of the fleet, subject to documents and a security deposit. Some premium vehicles are chauffeur-driven only.
Which cities do you operate in?
Vehicles can be collected in our listed pick-up cities, and out-of-station travel is available nationwide.
What is included in the rate?
A vehicle serviced and cleaned before handover. Air conditioning and a full pre-trip check. A direct line to us for the whole rental. Roadside assistance if the vehicle lets you down. Not included: Fuel, on a without-fuel rental; Tolls, motorway charges and parking; The driver's meals and accommodation on overnight trips; Damage beyond fair wear, charged against the security deposit.
Do longer rentals cost less per day?
Yes. The daily rate drops by 10% from seven days, 15% from fourteen and 20% from thirty. The discount applies to the vehicle rate; fuel and driver allowances do not fall with time, so they are charged as normal.
How does a corporate contract start?
Tell us the routes, timings and numbers. We come back with a vehicle mix and a rate schedule you can take to procurement, run a trial on the route where it helps, then set up the contract with a named account manager and monthly invoicing.
Where do you deliver vehicles?
Across Lahore, including DHA, all phases, Gulberg, Johar Town, Model Town, Bahria Town, Lahore Garrison and the airport. Intercity journeys and one-way drops are available nationwide.
